Dr. Day and Dr. Brown have over 50 years experience in the field and are well-equipped to assist you will most all medical needs.
We think one of our best traits is the ability to properly diagnose and treat illnesses and diseases and we can give you understandable explanations and instructions as to how to best care for your pet in both acute and chronic situations.

Dermatology: treatment for allergies, rashes, infections, mange, wounds, tumors, toe nail problems, anal sac diseases, hair loss and more. In-house skin scraping, cultures and cytology are our specialty.
Dental Care: including dental cleaning, tooth extraction, minor fillings, oral tumor removal, oral fistula repair and diseases of the gums and throat.
Ear Problems: are very common and we can treat infections, foxtails and foreign bodies, ear hematomas, tumors of the ears and wounds of the ears.
Eye Problems: are also very common and we can handle infections of the eye, eyelids and surrounding tissues, corneal wounds and ulcers, "cherry eye", eyelid abnormalities, glaucoma and uveitis.
Heart Disease: such as congestive heart failure and arrhythmias can be treated and we have an excellent digital EKG system and digital X-rays.
Digestive Diseases: including infections, parasites, inflammatory bowel disorders, colitis, foreign bodies in the gut, diseases of the liver, spleen or pancreas and many other problems are well within our expertise. We have the ability to perform ultrasound exams and endoscopy.
Respiratory Diseases: such as bronchitis, kennel cough and valley fever are all commonly treated here.
Musculoskeletal Problems: like luxating patella, cruciate ligament problems, hip dysplasia and arthritis not to mention sprains and strains can be handled. We also can handle most fracture and can provide splints, casts and pinning in some instances. We have a state-of-the-art digital X-ray system.
Endocrine Diseases: are a special part of our practice. We are well-versed in treating hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, Cushing's disease, Addison's disease and other hormonal conditions.
Urinary Problems: when bladder or kidney infections strike we can help. We are also able to deal with urinary incontinence, bladder and kidney stones, kidney failure and other urinary diseases.
Infectious and Contagious Illnesses: such as parvovirus, kennel cough, tick fever, valley fever, heartworm disease and ringworm are all treated here with confidence and caring.
Neurologic Conditions: like seizure disorders and geriatric vestibular syndrome as well as back disease such as disc syndrome and spondylosis are part of our abilities.
Reproductive Problems: including pyometra (uterus infection), breast tumors, testicular problems, prostate diseases and cystic ovarian disease can be handled here. We also have done many C-sections on all sizes and breeds of dogs.
